My stay at this hotel was excellent. Located very close to the beach and bus stop, it was very convenient for getting around the city. The hotel offered modern and clean facilities, making me feel very comfortable during my stay. The hotel staff was also very friendly and helpful, always willing to help with any questions or requests I had. Undoubtedly, one of the best aspects of this hotel was the breakfast. They offered a wide variety of delicious options that allowed me to start the day with energy.

Nestled in a nice building with efficient and amicable staff. Cable programming and amenities like a microwave oven and refrigerator in the room. Exceptionally nice location very close to downtown, freeway, restaurants, and sights. Nice bathroom and a king-size bed. Located in a very quiet neighborhood.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Benicia. The staff are hospitable and efficient. The venue is in a comfortable and magnificent location. Close to 6 Flags Amusement Park, Sacramento, and the waterfront. Great restaurants nearby. Only a 5-minute drive from Benicia Clock Tower.

This hotel is conveniently located near the 80 & 680 freeways on the NE corner of the SF Bay Area, making it easy to explore Palo Alto and other nearby destinations in California. The close proximity to the water allows for pleasant walks and the chance to dine at great restaurants. The staff at this hotel is attentive and the basic amenities provided in the rooms are of high quality. I particularly enjoyed the whirlpool tub and the kitchenette, which added to the overall comfort and convenience of my stay.
No major issues, everything was fine.

Super clean; efficient staff; always willing to please; good location for traveling to the wine country without having to stay directly in the wine country where prices of hotels are more inflated.
Breakfast could be a bit better. I.E. ran out of orange juice and cranberry juice morning one and didn't have it replaced until 3rd morning. The bread selections and meat selections could have been a bit better. Sometimes we had to ask for hot water for tea and wait a bit to long for such a simple request. The breakfast room could be expanded for the size of the hotel, as there were times that all tables were filled.

The great attitude of the front desk...very welcoming and helpful. The comfortable beds and the price/value. Hotel is attractive and looks great. Waffles at breakfast very good and the breakfast room attendant was great.
Noise level in the breakfast room - could not hear each other talk.

When checking in the front desk said we requested a smoking room which I would not do since my husband and myself are not smokers. The only rooms available where 2 queen beds. My confirmation stated a king bed with sitting area and jetted tub. I was disappointed my confirmation didn't matter. I will not stay here again.

It was convenient for our overnight stay. We happened to arrive on a Thursday so we got to see Benicia's charming farmers market when we went downtown for dinner. Our room was quite, clean and comfortable. My son loved the pool...a bit too cold for my old bones!
The entry way to the pool is a bit awkward. You have to take the elevator to the 1st floor, then walk down the hallway past several rooms before you go out side. The rooms are all for smoking guests, so it stinks.
